Oh, glorious Sunday. This Sunday is so amazing that I am still in my pajamas at 6 pm. I only took them off to take a shower, then I put them back on and went back to bed. That was were the action was, all day long. Breakfast in bed, at noon. Then reading. Then writing. I tried to watch some Looney Tunes, but I couldn’t. These are the cartoons they are making nowadays. For kids! What the fuck is wrong with this world? Then reading again. Then writing. 37.495 words so far. I have till Friday to reach 50.000. I think I will make it.
Tomorrow is Monday for the rest of the world but it will be still Sunday for me. I have the day off so I will be enjoying my bed some more. As you can see, I am very good in bed, I can sleep/nap/lay down for days.
My neighbor had sex today, probably all building heard it. My mother asked me if I also hear “music” coming from her apartment. Don’t I think it is too loud? For god’s sake, I listen to that woman climaxing, I sure don’t mind listening to her music. But I don’t think my mother meant “music”, anyway.
Batman is on TV tonight. The Dark Night. I don’t think I have seen it, I don’t remember, at least. I will try to watch it. I am not very much into super heroes movies, though.
Today I have written about the Hollywood actors that have Romanian heritage. Yesterday I said that Mila Kunis is one of them. Well, the information is wrong. I took it from a Romanian magazine and Romanian journalists write lousy articles. I usually check the info, but I didn’t check this one so now I have to take it back. Mila was born in Chernivtsi, which is in Ukraine.
Chernivtsi belonged to Romania till 1940, then Red Army occupied it and gave it to Ukraine. In 1941, Romanian Army re-took the city as part of the Axis attack on the Soviet Union during World War II. In 1944, when Axis forces were driven out by the Red Army, the city was re-incorporated in the Ukrainian SSR. I guess this makes Mila an Ukrainian and Romanian journalists not very good in History or at least in googling.
Speaking of Romanian, I bet you have all listened to this song at least once. Maybe you even sang along the lyrics. Well, what you probably didn’t know is that this song is in Romanian 🙂
I will soon have to say good bye to a piece of clothing I am very emotionally attached to, my first- date-skirt. I will tell you tomorrow about it. Stay tuned!
